AKCS Gate runs visitors, gate passes, payments and amenities. AKCS Vision watches the cameras you already own.
Most society and community management apps bolt features onto software built for something else. AKCS is two products built as one system — one login, one record of everything that happens in your housing society, gated community or resident welfare association.
Residents pre-approve guests in a tap. A QR gate pass and 6-digit code land on the visitor's phone and at the gate cabin at the same time. Works on patchy 3G.
Easebuzz under the hood: UPI, cards, net-banking. Auto-reminders for the slow payers. A receipt lands the moment payment clears.
Clubhouse, courts, party hall — a slot calendar that blocks double-bookings. Notices, polls and complaints move into AKCS, with priority bands and acknowledgement receipts on the critical ones. Parking, staff attendance, inventory and move-outs live in the same dashboard.
AKCS Vision watches the CCTV you already have — facial recognition, number plate recognition (ANPR) and six detection models, all running on hardware inside your property. Footage never leaves your premises.
Perimeter breaches, fire and smoke, falls, violence, loitering, abandoned objects — detected the moment they happen, not in the morning report.
Number plates read on entry and timestamped in the Vision log, on your hardware. Known residents and staff recognised the moment they reach the gate.
Numbers from the last 30 days across every property running AKCS in production.
We're in our first year of deployments — onboarding real communities and improving the product with them. AKCS Gate is free for every plan during the launch period. After launch, Starter is ₹29 and Community is ₹49 per unit per month. AKCS Vision is priced per camera, with an on-site rollout.
For communities up to 100 units. Everything you need to retire the WhatsApp group.
For most apartment communities. Includes intercom calling and the full security app.
Processing hardware deployed inside your property. Perimeter, fire and smoke, falls, violence, loitering and abandoned objects. Comes with our engineering team.
Almost always, yes. AKCS Vision runs on any RTSP stream — keep your existing IP cameras. Intercom calling runs on Agora, so calls stay reliable — security personnel can call residents, and residents can call security (or each other) even when they're abroad. We'll do a free hardware audit before quoting.
Every property is its own tenant, isolated at the database and storage layer, so a query inside one community cannot reach another's records. Data centres are in Mumbai and Hyderabad. On-prem deployment on your own infrastructure is available for builders who require it. We hold no third-party security certification today and will not imply otherwise — ask us directly about our controls and we will answer specifically.
It quietly empties itself. Once notices, polls, and complaints move into AKCS, residents stop posting them on WhatsApp on their own. We don't force a cutover. Most communities keep a small social group for chitchat — and that's fine.
AKCS Vision is billed per camera, per month. It runs on your existing IP cameras, so you don't buy new ones. We deploy and manage the on-site processing hardware as part of rollout — the only ask from your side is a small server room: cool, networked, locked.
Two weeks. Week 1: data import (residents, units, vehicle list), cameras and intercom configured, security personnel trained. Week 2: residents activated, soft launch with the management committee. We do this live, not async — someone from AKCS is on a video call with you every day.
Your data exports as CSV + the originals of every uploaded file. No exit fees. We'd rather you stay because we earn it.
Typical platforms charge ₹3–15 per flat per month; premium security suites run ₹35–50. AKCS Gate is free during the launch period, then ₹29 (Starter) or ₹49 (Community) per unit per month. AKCS Vision is billed per camera, per month.
Yes. The Starter plan covers communities up to 100 units, with the same gate management, payments and amenity booking as larger deployments.
Nothing meaningful — they are the same category under different names. Indian vendors say society management software, apartment association management software, RWA management software or community management app largely interchangeably, depending on whether they are addressing a housing society, a resident welfare association or a gated community. AKCS is all of these: one platform for the gate, maintenance billing, society accounting, amenities and complaints, with AI on your existing CCTV.
Yes. A resident welfare association (RWA), an apartment owners' association and a co-operative housing society all run the same way on AKCS — a committee with roles and permissions, residents attached to flats, a double-entry ledger for the accounts, and a gate that logs everyone who comes in. Roles are date-bounded, so a committee that changes each year hands over without anyone losing or keeping access they should not have.
AKCS Gate is free during our launch period — the full product, not a trial or a feature-limited tier. After launch it is ₹29 per flat per month for communities up to 100 flats, or ₹49 above that. AKCS Vision, the AI CCTV product, is billed per camera. Most platforms advertising a free plan cap the flat count or hold back accounting; we would rather publish the price you will actually pay.
Yes, on iPhone. Say "Approve the visitor with AKCS" and Siri approves the gate request without you unlocking the phone; "Turn away the visitor with AKCS" rejects it. It needs iOS 16 or later, and the phrase has to include "with AKCS" because that is how Apple wires app shortcuts. There is no Android equivalent yet.
There is an assistant in both the resident app and the admin portal. Ask it anything in English, Hindi or Telugu and it answers from your live community data — dues, visitors, bookings, complaints. It can also act, but never alone: every action shows you an approval card with the exact details first, and nothing runs until you accept. It runs on AWS Bedrock in Mumbai.
AKCS exposes a Model Context Protocol endpoint with 70 tools across 11 domains — visitors, parking, finance, complaints, amenities and more. It means your community data is addressable by an AI client, not only through our app. Read tools answer questions; the 15 that change anything require a signed human approval that expires in 15 minutes.
Yes. AKCS Vision reads number plates (ANPR) at the gate, on your existing cameras, processed on hardware inside your property — nothing uploads to the cloud. Separately, AKCS Gate can match a visitor's face against their registered photo at check-in; that runs per community and is off by default.
