Which Amaravathi communities run on AKCS?

SLV Amaravathi Grand 3 and SLV Amaravathi Pride both run AKCS.

Amaravathi communities tend to be newer builds with a committee setting up processes for the first time rather than replacing something. That changes onboarding: there is usually no legacy register to import, but there is a lot to decide — who approves what, which amenities need payment, how defaulters are handled.

What should a new committee set up first?

The gate, because it produces a daily reason for residents to open the app.

1. Import the tower, floor and flat structure, and assign owners and tenants. A resident with no flat assigned sees an empty app — that is the most common first-week question and it is not a bug.
2. Configure gate passes: pass validity, whether visitors need resident approval, and whether a defaulter flag shows at the gate.
3. Train the security personnel in their own language. The app runs in Telugu.
4. Then turn on billing, amenities and complaints once the gate is habit.

House rules can wait. Run the engine in shadow mode first — it logs what it *would* have decided without acting — and only switch it live once the committee agrees with its decisions.

Does the app work in Telugu?

Yes. Resident and security-personnel apps run in Telugu, Hindi and English among six languages, and each resident's push notifications arrive in their own stored language rather than a single community-wide setting.

A resident can also file a complaint by speaking it in Telugu; the app stores the English translation alongside so the maintenance team can act on it.

What does the accounting side actually do?

A real double-entry general ledger — chart of accounts, vouchers, fiscal periods with locking, budgets and per-flat unit accounts. Reports cover trial balance, balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, AR aging in 0–30/31–60/61–90/90+ buckets, budget-versus-actual and unit statements.

Being straight about the gaps: there is no bank reconciliation, no fixed-deposit tracking, no purchase orders and no GST return filing. If your treasurer needs statutory filing inside the platform, check that with us before signing.

What does it cost?

Free during the launch period, then ₹29 per flat per month up to 100 flats, or ₹49 above that. Vision is quoted per camera after a free hardware audit. Exit is a CSV export plus original files, no fee.

Does it work for an RWA or apartment association in Amaravathi?
