How much does a society management app cost per flat in India?
Most platforms in this market charge between ₹3 and ₹15 per flat per month for the basic gate-and-notices tier. Suites that add security hardware or video tend to run ₹35–50. Where a vendor sits in that range usually tells you whether you are buying a notice board or an operations system.

What is included at every price?
The gate is the same on every plan. So is billing, amenity booking and complaints. We do not hold back visitor management or payments for a higher tier, because a community that cannot run its gate cannot run on AKCS at all.

Is there a setup fee or an onboarding charge?
No. Onboarding runs about two weeks and is included: week one covers data import, gate configuration and security-personnel training; week two activates residents with a soft launch alongside your committee. Someone from AKCS is on a video call with you every day of it.
What does AKCS Vision cost?
AKCS Vision is billed per camera, per month, and quoted after a free hardware audit. It runs on any RTSP IP camera you already own, so there is no replacement cost. We deploy and manage the on-site processing hardware as part of the rollout — the only ask from your side is a small server room that is cool, networked and locked.
Because processing happens on that hardware, footage never leaves your premises, and there is no per-GB cloud video bill to grow into.
Does the price change as our community grows?
Billing is per flat per month, so your total moves with the number of flats. Starter covers communities up to 100 flats. Community covers any size and adds phone support on weekdays and weekends, 8am to 10pm IST.
What happens if we want to leave?
Your data exports as CSV plus the originals of every uploaded file, and there are no exit fees. We would rather earn the renewal than hold your register hostage.
