Which Hyderabad communities run on AKCS?

Aaditri Empire, La Vista and Royal Orchids in Miyapur run AKCS today. Shinrai Dynamics is headquartered in Hyderabad, so these are the communities we visit rather than support over email.

That matters more than it sounds. Onboarding is two weeks of real work — data import, gate configuration, security-personnel training, then resident activation — and for Hyderabad communities we do that in the building, not on a call.

Why does a Hyderabad community need the app in Telugu?

Because the person holding the phone at the gate at 2am usually does not read English comfortably.

The AKCS security-personnel app and the resident app both run in English, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil and Malayalam. Push notifications are delivered in each resident's stored language, not the community's default. A guard trained in Telugu reads Telugu; the owner in 402 who set Hindi reads Hindi; the tenant in 1103 who set English reads English. Same event, three languages, no translation step.

Most platforms sold into Hyderabad ship an English app and expect the guard to cope. We think that is why gate software gets abandoned in month three.

What does AKCS actually run at the gate?

• Pre-approved visitors get a QR gate pass and a 6-digit OTP by SMS. The pass opens 8 hours before the expected arrival and closes at arrival plus the validity you chose.
• Deliveries get a 24-hour QR and a 48-hour collection code. The guard never sees the collection code — it is stripped from their screen so the parcel can only be handed to the flat.
• Cabs are matched on the last four characters of the plate. Safe Pickup Mode shows the guard the tower or block instead of the flat number.
• Domestic staff across 28 service types get a whole-day pass for the booked date, because maids and cooks do not arrive to a schedule.

Can AKCS use the CCTV we already installed?

Yes, if the cameras expose an RTSP stream — and almost everything installed in Hyderabad in the last several years does.

AKCS Vision takes that stream and runs detection on a box inside your property: intrusion, fire, smoke, falls, violence, loitering, odd-hour movement, head-count limits, crowd surges and abandoned objects, plus number plate recognition at the entry gate. Footage never leaves the premises and nothing uploads to a cloud.

What does it cost in Hyderabad?

Same as everywhere — we publish the price rather than making committees ask for it.

Does it work for an RWA or apartment association in Hyderabad?

Yes. Most of the communities we run in Hyderabad are association-managed rather than builder-managed, and the handover from builder to a resident welfare association is where things usually go wrong — the visitor register is on paper, the accounts are in one person's spreadsheet, and nobody can prove what was collected last year.

Roles on AKCS are date-bounded, so an annual committee change is a handover, not a scramble: outgoing members lose access on their end date, incoming members get theirs, and the double-entry ledger carries forward untouched.
